So you’ve done your shopping; just how long will it be till you can rock that rug? The calculator below will give you the average amount of days it takes to ship a product to your door and the best time to contact our support team. Please note that every order at Redbubble is custom printed just for you, and will take 3-10 business days shipping.

Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
  • We ship in business days. Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
  • The estimate above does not include manufacturing time - we need 1-3 business days to make sure your custom order is everything you hoped it would be.

Rugfire is a global company - We work with production and shipping partners all over the USA to get your things to your doorstep, wherever that may be. Although the vast majority of our customers will get their orders by the day listed above, actual timeframes may vary from region to region.

So when do you contact Rugfire? The calculator above lets you know the best time to message us. When that day rolls around. Even if your order hasn’t arrived by the listed date, it’s probably still on its way (and worth the wait).
  1. How much is shipping?

    Shipping is FREE on most orders to any address in the contiguous USA. A non-refundable processing & handling fee (will be less than 10% of order amount) will be added to all orders. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico: In addition to the processing, you will be billed the actual shipping charge to your destination. This will be calculated and presented to you at the time of checkout. A shipping charge will also be added to your order for any promotional items, such as a free pad, runner or scatter. Oversize fee: if your product is wider than 9 feet, has a length + girth over 13.75 feet or is greater than 150 lbs, a $39.95 fee will be added to your order.

  2. How long will it take to receive my order?

    Most items usually take 1-3 business days to ship, based upon the item's availability. Delivery of items will be dependent on the size of the rug ordered and the shipping location. Most items deliver in one to three weeks. In some cases, all of the items in your order may not ship together or in the same package. Rug pads and accessories will normally be sent in separate packaging. Shipment of braided rugs may take a little longer, typically being delivered within three to four weeks of the order date. It's hard to accurately predict the delivery time of custom rugs. Some can be produced within a few weeks of the order, but a large, hand-knotted rug may take over six months to weave. Our Customer Service Department will try to keep you informed of the projected ship date as your custom rug is created.

  3. Can I track my order?

    We rely on a global network of shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.

  5. What if I refuse the delivery of my rug?

    Any return without a return authorization or refused upon delivery will be charged 20% return service fee and cost of freight.

  6. Why isn't my return being accepted?

    Your return may be rejected by us if it is past 30 days from delivery OR if you are trying to return an order that was delivered outside of the contiguous United States.

  7. When can I expect my return refund?

    You can expect your refund within 3-5 business days of the package being delivered to our returns department.

  8. Can I exchange my purchase for something else?

    At this time, we cannot process exchanges. You can process your return* and start a new order which will ship to you free of charge!
